These terms cover the use of this website. They are separate from the puppy sale agreement, which is its own document and is the thing that governs an actual sale.
What this website is
An accurate description of the dogs we have and the way we work. Prices, ages, sexes and coat colours are kept current, and ages are worked out from each dog’s date of birth every time a page loads rather than typed in and left to rot.
What it is not
It is not a shop. Nothing on this site takes payment, and no page here will ever ask you for a card number, an account number or a payment application handle. If a page appearing to be ours does any of those things, it is not ours.
Listing a puppy is not an offer that can be accepted by sending money. A sale happens when we have spoken, agreed, and both signed the agreement.
Availability
Statuses on the puppy pages are kept as current as one household can manage. A puppy shown as available may have been reserved that morning. Nothing here is a guarantee that a particular dog is still free at the moment you read it.
What we claim, and what we do not
We make no claim of registry paperwork, formal health scoring, certification or genetic testing anywhere on this site. Statements about temperament are our own observations of our own dogs, not predictions about how a puppy will turn out.
Outbound links
The reading room links to veterinary and welfare organisations. We link to them because they are useful and because they are not selling you a puppy. We do not control what they publish and we earn nothing from any link on this site.

The words and photographs here are ours. Please do not lift them for another breeder’s website, which happens more often than you would think and is usually how a buyer spots a fake listing.
